Transformative leadership training in partnership with Consulus
Learn how to think, engage, and lead holistically in a volatile and complex world. The holistic leadership formation is delivered in a series of eight online, two-hour creative learning experiences based on the HERO holistic leadership model. Each session utilizes creative experiences to have you consider issues deeply supported by sharing practical tools and approaches to help you apply it in your organization.
This formation series is for mid-level and upper-level leaders who seek to lead differently to meet the challenges of the new world. Program fee is $600, with a 10 percent discount for the first 50 registrants. Participants who complete the program will receive a digital certificate from IU Executive Education and Consulus.

This course defines the principles of Holistic Leadership and introduces the HERO model, a holistic method for continuous leadership formation and development.
This course will introduce the concept of having Heart and Spirit as a leader, and about aligning your principles, values, and character strengths to inform the decisions and actions you undertake as a leader.
In this course, you will be presented with tools, methods, and experiences for finding and building your leadership “Heart and spirit” competencies. You will get the opportunity to practice these skills and learn how to apply them in your own leadership environment.
To navigate the challenges in our complex and changing world, holistic leaders must be able to persuade and influence people, approach problem-solving and make decisions using data with an openness to seeking new ideas and ways of thinking.
This course teaches the principles of Embracive Thinking, and how to develop the mental capacity and capability to learn new information, think critically, embrace a diversity of thought, and apply knowledge to real situations.
In this course, you will be presented with tools, methods, and experiences for practicing and building Embracive Thinking competencies. You will get the opportunity to practice these skills and learn how to apply them in your leadership environment.
Transformational change can only happen through collective efforts and actions. Holistic leaders must have self-mastery, but also the mastery of connecting and uniting people to achieve the organization’s mission and purpose.
This course teaches the principles of Relational Dynamics and how to take a person-centered approach to leading people and organizations.
In this course, you will be presented with tools, methods, and experiences for practicing Relational Dynamics, which includes an awareness of your leadership presence, habits, emotions, relationships, and perceptions. You will get the opportunity to practice these skills and learn how to apply them in your leadership environment.
Many leaders have a vision and good ideas, but holistic leaders must have the competency to ensure ideas are systematically implemented through managing the complexities and challenges along the way.
This course teaches the principles of Holistic Operational Leadership, and the competencies needed to effectively manage operations, put their ideas into practice, and lead transformational change to achieve results and accomplish lasting change.
In this course, you will be presented with tools, methods, and experiences for practicing Holistic Operational Leadership and transformational change. You will get the opportunity to build your own continuous leadership formation plan to continue your development as a holistic leader.
